We aim to respond to all emails within one business day (AEST). For billing issues, we prioritise same-day responses during business hours.
If you've found an error in our data for a specific suburb or postcode, please include the postcode and the data point you believe is incorrect — along with a source if you have one. We review all data corrections and update the database within 48 hours.
Common questions
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes — cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Is the data updated in real time?
Most datasets are updated weekly. ABS Census data is updated following each census cycle (every 5 years). NSW Valuer General sales are updated weekly.
